Quality control is carried out according to the methods developed by the company's specialists, which allow to automate the data processing process as much as possible, provide operational controllability of production processes and quality control.
In instrumental measurements of product parameters, modern measuring instruments of well-known foreign companies are used.
The applied methods ensure the traceability of product quality from the "input" to the "output", from the receipt of raw materials and materials to the use of products by our customers.
The foundation of the quality control process is the "CATALOG OF DEFECTS" developed and operating at the enterprise. The catalog gives definitions of defects and for each defect characteristic permissible values are determined in numerical terms and their significance for further technological operations and product quality is indicated.
In accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, a variety of statistical methods for managing the quality and safety of not only manufactured products, but also the quality and safety of all processes related to the “product life cycle” are being developed, applied and constantly improved.
